Dacey came up and stayed with Owen and I for a week while Matt was at gun university for work the first part of this month. It was great to have her around to help entertain Owen, he was getting pretty bored with Mommy by the end of the summer. We took a trip to the pool in Stuart, went in to my new classroom at the high school and unpacked some boxes, went wading in the river, played in the slip n' slide, and lots more fun stuff. Thanks for coming up Aunt Dacey, it was a blast.
Playing in the wet sand at the river. It took Owen a little while to get comfortable with the rushing water. Once he saw Aunt Dacey could get in the water he did not want to get out.
Bedtime snacking. Owen was even saying Dacey by the end of the week. I think she might be his new favorite person. Cannot wait to see her again.
First experience washing the car. He was covered in bubbles and ate quite a few I think.
Slip n' Slide. Owen did not want to be held on to, just wanted to eat his apple.
Looking at a tractor magazine. Learned to say tractor very well this weekend.
Wagon ride.
